There are two ways in. If you are early in your leadership journey — or not leading anyone yet — start at Practitioner. If you already direct a department, a school, or a company, Executive is a separate entrance, not a step above Senior. You do not need to complete the earlier pathways first.
Training is self-guided so it can scale to every practitioner without a waitlist.
