Every plan includes Blueprints and $15 modules. A Blueprint is the saved artifact of a
complete diagnosis — the situation, the conditions implicated, an action checklist, and automatic 6 and
12-month durability check-ins. After building one, the tool identifies the specific capabilities that
situation revealed, and each can be unlocked as a full training module written from your own Blueprint
rather than pulled from a catalog. Optional, never automatic.
Certification — the credential
Self-guided training, an exam, and a credential in the Practitioner Directory. Separate from the
subscription above. Executive is a separate entrance, not a step above Senior — a
director does not need to complete the earlier pathways first.
Payments are not open yet. Reserving holds your place in the first cohort. Nothing is
charged, and eligibility is checked when you reserve.
Practitioner
The entry point. Open to anyone 18 or over — no management experience or degree required. Built for people preparing for leadership as much as those already in it. Completing it is also a route into Senior.
A separate entrance for directors, principals and owners who can change structure — policy, incentives, reporting lines. Requires leadership at that scale, or completion of Senior. You do not need the earlier pathways.
Invitation only. A license to teach the framework and diagnose on behalf of clients. Granted to practitioners whose work in the field warrants it, rather than applied for.
